Mischief sails from Inverness

Mischief Dolphin Boat RIB Inverness

The Mischief offers a fast RIB (Rigid Inflatable Boat) wildlife and hopefully dolphin spotting experience. This boat trip lasts about 2 hours and takes in the Chanonry Point area - a top dolphin spotting area although there is no guarantee of sightings.

The Mischief boat takes a maximum of 12 passengers. Dressing in warm clothes is recommended.

Where to find the Mischief RIB

Mischief departs from Inverness Marina which is about a 40 minute walk from the centre of Inverness. There are plenty of parking spaces at the marina for those driving. (approximately 10 minutes drive from Inverness City Centre).

Dolphin Spirit Website
North of Inverness you will find Dolphin Trips Avoch.  Further into the Black Isle in Cromarty you will find Ecoventures who operate a Rigid Inflatable Boat (RIB). On the outskirts of Inverness you will find Dolphin Spirit - they operate a boat and the Mischief RIB both departing from Inverness Marina. East of Inverness in Findhorn you will find North 58 and in Lossie you will find North 58 Lossiemouth - Both are RIB trips. Findhorn and Lossiemouth are in the Moray & Speyside area. ​Things to do and see in Inverness

You can take a boat trip to tray and see the Moray Firth Dolphins from Inverness itself. The Mischief RIB departure point is sitiated at Inverness Marina, and is walkable from Inverness City Centre although there are public transport options.

Inverness is known as the Capital of the Highlands and despite a fairly small population for a city , there are lots of things to do including walking, shopping, theatre visits and eating out. Close by you will find Culloden Battlefield, the Clava Cairns, Urquhart Castle and Loch Ness.


Accommodation in Inverness

Accommodation options are varied in Inverness although it can get busy during the summer months. The are a number of hotels as well as a wide range of Bed & Breakfast places. Inverness also has a thriving self catering, Air B&B sector.
